Perma Blend Luxe Honey Brown is a glazed golden brown, enriched with warm amber shades ranging from soft yellows to deep, rich browns. This pigment adds a natural, luminous touch, ideal for creating warm, soft, perfectly defined brows across a wide range of phototypes.
